.       This 1965   Chevy C10 step-side is a family member. My father-in-law purchased this truck used 1969.He drove this truck on the first day and last day as a postman in Honea Path, SC. A total of 37 years  . My father -in -law  was recognized  by General Motors for having 365K miles on the original 283 CID V8.The truck was in an accident in 1989.It was a total loss. He refused to total the truck and had it rebuilt to its glory. Not long after the accident ,he replaced the 283 with a 350 CID V8.In 1995,we used the truck to move my family from Virginia beach ,VA back to Honea Path SC, We were the modern day equivalent to the  Beverly Hillbillies , complete with the rocking chair on top! In 2014 ,my father-in-law gave the truck to my youngest son Noah.We have since put American racing aluminum wheels with Cooper Cobra raised letters tires on it (old school style). The truck is a work in progress. We are hoping  for a full restoration with the possibilities of making it into a streetRod.We also plan on passing the truck down to Noah's grandchildren

                                                                                                             Thanks for the recognition
